ORADELL LITTLE LEAGUE COACHES & MANAGERS

New Coaches & Managers:

The Borough of Oradell requires a background check (fingerprinting) for all volunteers in their sports programs.  The Oradell Police Department is not able to do them due to state regulations. You will also need to complete a coaching course, such as the Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. program offered locally.

Step I

You need to pick up a "Youth Serving Organization Volunteer" form (also known as the Universal Fingerprinting Form) from the Borough Clerk's office at Borough Hall.  This form should have # B05003 typed into box # 7.  Fill it out & retain.  An instruction sheet will accompany this form.

Step II

Visit www.bioapplicant.com/NJ  & enter your information into the website for MorphoTrak,  schedule a time to be fingerprinted and make payment.   An applicant ID will be assigned to you after registering online.  Record the date, time and location on the Universal Fingerprint box on the Universal Form (from Step I).

Step III

Report for your appointment at: MorphoTrak, 299 Forest Avenue, 1st Floor, Suite B, Paramus, NJ  07652.  You must have the Universal Fingerprint Form and photo ID. You will get a receipt which you should retain for your records. The PCN number on the receipt is proof of fingerprinting and the results will be sent to the Borough.
